Thanks for shopping with Nivrium. Below is our shipping policy for orders delivered within the United States.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • The United States, including Alaska and Hawaii

If a destination isn’t available at checkout, we don’t ship there yet.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer:

  • Free shipping on US orders over $50 USD (after discounts, before taxes, unless otherwise stated)

  • Paid shipping options will display at checkout if your order is under $50 or if you select faster shipping


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and other factors outside our control.


Carriers

We may ship using:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional carriers (as needed)

Carrier choice depends on your location and the shipping option selected.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label is created.


Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

We may charge a reshipping fee, or we may refund the order minus shipping costs, depending on the situation.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors

  • Contact the carrier for more detail (they may provide delivery location info)

If you still can’t find it, email us at hello@nivrium.com within 7 days of the delivery status so we can help.

Note: We’re not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to support you with carrier investigations or claims where possible.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@nivrium.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label (if possible)

We’ll review and work with you on a resolution (replacement or refund, depending on the case).
